Incoming CID for DID

I have a customer that would like their phone to say "Private Line" or something like that, when a call comes in on their DID number... I'm using a PRI for all calls... how can I set it up to display "Private Line" on the LCD when a call comes in on their line, and not just someone dialing their extension

Program DID to go to a hunt group named "private line".

Have your user in hunt group.

Have hunt group call coverage to users extension vm.

Tried that, however I don't want to call to ring the users extension after the timeout expires... I would want it to dump right into their voicemail after the hunt timeout expires

Use this line in the call coverage to phone number.

Change XXXX to hunt group extension number.

Callcoverage is now the users voicemail.

That should have read the users extension number. not huntgroup extension number
