Inconcert Callcenter

Hi, I have heard of this callcenter integration for NBX, called Inconcert(www.inconcertcc.com) I would like to know if this software is part of the ON 3COM program, I'm having trouble with the integration of the WAV phones conection, it also use the TAPI, please let know your toughts. Thank you
