I run make_tape_recovery and i have this message at my console.
The creation is succeful but I found this message at the end:

======= 12/12/02 12:21:13 EST make_tape_recovery completed with warnings
# lume group will be restored when the archive is
sh: lume: not found.

Hello,

All that looks like to me is where you or someone cut and pasted that while make_tape_recovery was still running and after it completed the shell tried to run the command and errored out.

To find the warning, look in the file /var/opt/ignite/recovery/latest/recovery.log

Maybe a volume group is missing.

Post a copy of your script that runs make_tape_recovery and take a look at the log file and we can go further.

The bottom line here is you can restore your system of the tape you just wrote.
