HP IRS Standard- How to permanently stop ISEE notification

I have installed HP IRS Standard in our test-demo environment (EVA, Blades,Alpha...) and I dont want to open cases on HP because we play with. I would like to disable notifications to HP and retain only e-mail.
If I change ISEE notification in Webes settings or with desta isee off, it change back to on in few minutes.
Any idea how to permanently disable ISEE (HP remote support) on IRS Standard?

If you use the RSSWM user GUI and remove the Remote Support Client (RSC) then turn ISEE off as you described, it should now stay off.
