Reinstalling RSP 5.2

Uninstalling the packages are done in a specific order. Is there a specific order that these packages need to to be reinstalled in? Also, Remote Support Software Manager contains RSP clients 5.20 and 5.16, do I need to reinstall both?

Hi Jeff,

I have attached a document that will help to un-install RSP kit form your CMS server. You can reinstall the RSP v5.20 kit using the SIM v5.3 kit.
