Remote Support Software Manager

I am trying to initialize the RSSM using the Remote Support Software Manager (Windows Administrators only) icon on the CMS desktop. After inputting the proxy information, I get the following error:

Summary Proxy options update

Status Failed

Details The following values have been saved:
'Proxy Enable' could not be set at this time.
'Proxy Server' could not be set at this time.
'Proxy Port' could not be set at this time.
'Proxy User' could not be set at this time.
'Proxy Passwd' could not be set at this time.

Any ideas as I cannot proceed.

Did you solve the problem? If so, how?
I'm having the same problem here, using HP SIM 5.2.

I have uninstalled RSSM and then installed again and it definetely works now.
I could set proxy settings and download the software.

Uninstall and reinstall RSSWM is the only way I know to get around this problem. Seems like RSSWM was corrupted and it doesn't let you get pass Proxy settings.
