Remote delivery down
pls how can i restart remote delivery on OSEM .have restarted the CRSM and even made changes but it still wont come up.am using version 1.4.8A

I suggest you start (or re-start) the HP Remote Support Client running on the Central Management Server. Of course you will have to restart CRSM after the client restart.
