cpqSm2SelfTestError on BL20 running Linux

Hello,

we install BL20 in 2004 using mostly RH3U2.
between june and september, we deploy ISEE (ISEEPlatform-5.1.395-200).
ever since we receive the error message above on about all hosts.

which version, firmware, release am I to verify to make sure I have the latest (and hopefully good) version ?

Linux : RedHat 3 update 2
BL20 : ILO : 1.64
switch firmware version : ??
