Can't find disk when trying to load ignite image on rx4640

Hi.

Just got an rx4640. Trying to load an Ignite image, but once booted from LAN, it load the ignite software, but when I try to "Install HPUX", it tells me "There were no disks found during the IO scan."

I've got 2 scsi disks in there. Server was never used before. Brand new!

Additionnally, when I first boot the server, I get the following msg from the EFI:

HP Smart Array 6400-128 Controller (version 2.58) 0 Logical Drives
1785-Drive Array Not Configured
No Drives Detected

Press to run the Option ROM Configuration for Arrays Utility
Press to skip configuration and continue

If I hit the F8 to try to creating a virtual device, it would tell me that they're isn't any physical disks...

I'm new to this world, so any help would be appreciated.... Sorry in advance if this is a really dum issue.

Thanks,
Patrick

Sorry, found the solution: bad scsi controller!

Thanks all anyways!
