Configure RAID on a rx2620?

I have a Itanium rx2620 that I need to set up with HPUX 11.23. I want to mirror the two drives. I have some 2660s that
allow me to set up RAID using drvcfg, but I see no such option for the
2620s. Is hardware RAID not available for this model, or am I just
missing something?

hi,

it supports the smart array raid cards, do you have one installed? SA6402 or SA6404

it will need the internal cabling changing to connect the drives up to the card aswell

So if I want hardware RAID, I need to install a SA6402 or SA6404? Then I can configure it using the EFI console?

I believe I will purchase a SmartArray card because I definitely prefer hardware RAID to software RAID.
