HP RX2660 SASO DRIVER FAULT

I am trying to load HP-UX 11i V2 on an rx2660 server and keep getting this error once I get to the point where it askes what language.

" SAS Driver at 0/1/1/0 ( /dev/sas0 ), SAS0 Driver fault has occured, AAfirmware Dump will be taken "

use the latest HP-UX 11.23 DVD installation kit.

Use the June 2008 HP-UX 11.23 DVD media for OS install.
