After my server crash. Cosole option in MP is
missing. please help me to recover .
Find the screen shot :----
[uninitialized] MP:VFP (Use '?' to display help or ^B to Quit) >
Illegal command. Use '?' to display help.
MP MAIN MENU:
VFP: Virtual Front Panel (partition status)
CM: Command Menu
CL: Console Logs
SL: Show Event Logs
HE: Help
X: Exit Connection

SolutionDid you try to power off the server completly and start it again ?
Take a look at the event logs as well.
MP -> SL -> SEL
You might need to log h/w call with HP support to fix the problem.
By the way did you see any crash details?

1. Try resetting MP through the Mp reset dip switch.
2. complete power off and power on the server.
3. Try resetting MP to factory default.
4. I hope in rc7620 primary and secondary MP will be there swap if it is not so critical server.
5. Parallely log a case and get help from HP support centre.

Thanks for the response.i've solved the issue.
The problem was the partition was deleted. so created one using CC option.
I worked fine..Even the os was retrieved.
