In VPN Network ,Why Is Streaming Video Pixelated?

Dear All,

Please help me to solve the problem.I have IP Sec VPN link. VPN is up.End to End ping test is ok (3ms only). File copy is also ok. Remote desktop is also working. But video streaming is pixelated .Last month also work properly.i got this error without changing anything.How to check the video packet loss in my link.

Host1------FW-------R1<==ipsec==>R2------IPS-------FW--------Host2
