Hi Team,
We are trying to establish the LACP between HPE 5900 switch and Cisco 6500 switch but no luck. Could you suggest on this..
Note:
1. All are Gigbit interface only
2. Cisco(two sw) & HPE switches(two sw) are HA mode
3. Trying to establish two gigabit interface and observations are below:
1. From HPE switch showing bridge aggreagation is up but speed is showing 1Gbps instead of 2Gbps
2. both interface link status showing is up but lacp status showing up only one interface
3. Traffic not flow and not able to reach any Ip address between the switches( HPE & Cisco)
Configuration details:
interface Bridge-Aggregation5
description *** Uplink towards Existing Core Switch ***
port link-type trunk
port trunk permit vlan all
link-aggregation mode dynamic
interface GigabitEthernet1/0/43
port link-mode bridge
description *** Uplink towards Existing Core switch ***
port link-type trunk
port trunk permit vlan all
port link-aggregation group 5
interface GigabitEthernet2/0/43
port link-mode bridge
description *** Uplink towards Existing Core switch ***
port link-type trunk
port trunk permit vlan all
port link-aggregation group 5
