Resources Lock Manager

Hello colleagues,
I need a resources lock manager to arbitrate the exclusive mount of shared disks on a distributed HP 9000 servers environment; we use HP UX 11i.
Any suggestions? Any known free software product?

We are going to replace MC / ServiceGuard therefore we cannot use the "vgchange -e" anymore.
