migrate to another SAN storage
Hi All,
As I know, migrate could be use vgexport and vgimport to another SAN storage LUN, is OK for Oracle ASM disk native multipath with PVG? One more question, the vg01 did not display in /etc/lvmtab.

By use of vgexport/vgimport the data remains where it is, but you export/import the VG definition from/to the server.
If you want to migrate to another storage, consider
- LVM mirror
- backup/restore
- SAN replication tools
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
