trying to mirror one logical volume to two physical volumes

Greetings Guys,

I am trying to mirror one logical volume to two volumes ( primary and secondary)

The configuration i am trying to accomplish is as follows

Primary Volume : /dev/dsk/c1t0d0
LV NAME LE PE File system
/dev/vg00/lvol10 2954 2954 /FILESYS


Secondary Volume : /dev/dsk/c1t2d0
LV NAME LE PE File system
/dev/vg00/lvol10 246 246 /FILESYS

PS: I am trying to replace a failed hard drive,

i broke the mirrors ,and i am trying to rebuild it but i am stuck at this step.

Please advise.Really appreciate ur help.
