vgextend and lvcreate command spend too long time(about 10 minutes)

OS is 11.23,

The LVM cumulative patch is PHCO_40918,

both of vgextend and lvcreate command spend around 10 minutes.

Is there any patch to resolve this situation?

Thanks!

Re: vgextend and lvcreate command spend too long time(about 10 minutes)

clearly you're having trouble reaching a lun on your storage array.

if you issues a "powermt display" do you see all of your adapters?
or if you do "powermt display ports" do you see all paths?

i'd check around to see if there's a problem on the array or if some changed altered your zoning.
