aC++ compiler
Hi,
I have to install aC++ compiler inorder to run adrelink in oracle applications. There is no aCC folder present in the /opt/ location. But when I am using swlist shows
$swlist -l product |grep aC++
PHSS_40543 1.0 aC++ Runtime (IA: A.06.25, PA: A.03.85)
The problem is with aCC as adrelink is throwing an error
sh:aCC not found.
I want to know what utility or patch I need to install.

Re: aC++ compiler
I know nothing, but I'd guess that "aC++
Runtime" means what it says, and that if
you really need the compiler, then you need
to (buy and) install the compiler.
("Runtime" and "Compiler" are spelled
differently for a reason.)
However, if you're only re-linking things and
not actually compiling anything, then a
search through this forum may find more info.
For example, perhaps:

Or, you might ask the folks at Oracle what
you need to use their product.

There is an aCC_link product you can install in order to install Oracle products.
If your Oracle application is tool old and doesn't know about it, you'll need to make a symlink:
