Is JF144A/3CRWDR100A-72 compatible with ADSL2+

I am using an old 3CRWDR100A-72 which has worked well for years ( and still does), but I have received an email from BT stating my broadband will be upgraded to ADSL2+

I need to know if it will compatible, does anyone know? 

I have contacted Tech support but as it is out of warranty they do not know and cannot help.  They directed me to both here and partners sales office.  The sales office did not know and could only suggest I buy something newer
