EVA 4000 with multiple Vdisk present.
In EVA sysem Can I Present one Virtual Disk to many Windows servers?
I means only one server can access and read/write. another server need to read only.
Is this possible?

Re: EVA 4000 with multiple Vdisk present.
1. all presentations are either read/write or read/only.
2. As far as I can tell, Windows cannot mount NTFS readonly - at least it hung during boot when I tried it.
3. mounting a disk read-only prevents active file system corruptions, but the readers are not made aware by the writer which part of the file system changes. That is why you need a true shared file system implementation.

Re: EVA 4000 with multiple Vdisk present.
You can also look into 3rd party products, such as Polyserve.
