Hey, the MSA500/1000 should be EOL quite some time ago. The MSA2012 (which is a G1) should not be too long off, as there have been two generations released after that.

it looks like they don't sell the G1 anymore? Only G2 and G3.
You may be able to find the EOL announcements / support statements in the customer notices/advisories.. Have you looked there?

I am currently not much concerned about MSA2012, since I've got to know that warranty for MSA2012 has not expired.
I am quite new to HP storage products & hence I haven't checked any announcements/support statements.
