HSG80 controller stopped by other controller
We have 2 HSG80 controllers running in transparent failover mode. It seems that after bringing them up the top controller kills the bottom.
Instance Code=07050064, Last Failure Code=011C0011 and Last Failure Parameter=00000025.
I have found descriptions in the manual for the Instance and Last Failure (looks like hardware error???) but can't find what the parameter means.
Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.
Cheers
David

David,
When you say "... after bringing them up", what command do you issue to bring them up?

Re: HSG80 controller stopped by other controller
Bringing them up is done by applying power or pressing the buttons. This occurence was after a planned outage that saw the whole thing powered down.
We actually have a resolution. We have since simply brought the failed controller back up and it is fine. We have been informed that bringin them up at the same instance can cause this issue? (Seems a bit strange to me still). Our attempts to warm boot failed because we thought it best to do both controllers and thus repeated the simultaneous boot.
Make sense?
Thanks heaps.
