I think I'm have a problem with my controller

I have a EMA12000 with HSG80 controller.
The SAN is connected to an NT 4.0 system.
When the NT system boots it seems to connect
to SAN via the HBAs. When I try to connect to
the SAN it get a message "ERROR SCANNING SUBSYSTEM. Storage windows will now terminate"
then I get "The server threw a exception"

We had to power down all of our system and
then I started having this problem.

I can connect to the Fiber Switches with no problem. The 'STEAM' service start with no problems but it seems it can't detect the subsystem.

I looks like the controller on bottom with the batteries and fan has a flashing orange light and next to it look like I have two warnings.
The first appears to be "o H" and the second appears to be "iP" but I can't seems to find those errors in my books.

Thanks in advance for any help!!!! :)

I having another problem now.... The batteries now seem to have a new problem.

My question is will the device still
run with the batteries having a problem?

Re: I think I'm have a problem with my controller

I would connect a terminal or PC to the controller's maintenance ports as the lights you decribe does not make any sense to me - can you take a picture?

You can bypass the battery checks with:
> set this_controller ups=datacenter_wide

I hope the command is correct, it's from memory, but you better have your system on UPS. Else, a power failure will likely trash your data.
