In_Sync status on port

Hi,

i have a brocade 4GB Full fabric switch in my p-class chassis that for some reason is showing as In_Sync on only one port, this is causing problems as now 2 of my BL35p's do not have a redundant path to the EVA disks where it boots from SAN, i cannot seem to see what is wrong and any pointers would be welcome
