SolutionSingle Switch in any setup not a good recommendation because that will be like single point of failure if anything happened to that Switch. If Switch goes down then both Storage will lost connectivity to all Hosts.
Even if it's single Storage and single host or multiple hosts then also it's always better to use two Switch in order to have high availability in the setup so that even if if one Switch go down your production will be up through other Switch.
Hope this helps!
