MSA2312fc SAS disk is UNKN but OK

Hi all!

I have a sas disk that appear to be OK but with the state UNKN and I can't do nothing with it.. any idea?

It would show Unknown as the Initial status when the disk is first detected or powered on. After which it should change to the  actual state - OK, degraded, fault.

 

I suggest that you confirm the LED status of the disk and try to relogin into SMU which will refresh the status.
