Secure Path V 3.x on Windows 2k SP3. MA8000

Due to a CPU I/O issue I must upgrade Windows 2000 Advanced server with SP3 to SP4. 1) Will Secure Path version 3.x work with SP4? 2) I know I have to make sure my HBA drivers and firmware are up to date is there anything else to consider? I just need to get through a few more month's with this setup and then I will be upgrading to a new SAN (EVA) with bigger better hardware. I'm just not wanting to spend the extra money on v4.0 now. Any help will be appreciated.
