Single sign on error in pearson vue

Hello, I have been trying to access my web based examinations in pearson vue but it displays an error like “signle sign on error”
What can I do or how can I get this solved?

Hello Kevin,

This issue can be sent to the Certification & Learning support desk. We will work with Pearson VUE to resolve the propblem.  The support desk link is on our program website www.hpe.com/ww/certifications.   I recommend that you bookmark this site.
