Unable to login Hp-ExpertOne portal

Hi All,

 

I have passed the HP-Sitescope v11 (Hp0-M44) exam on 30 th january. and got mail from hp for the same, When I login to expert one portal it gets redirected to get started page. please help as i want to download the certificate urgently

To fix this right away, I would suggest that you contact the ExpertOne support team.  http://h10120.www1.hp.com/ExpertOne/ExpertOne_contact.html

 

You can start a chat message, send an email or call the 1-800 number for support.

 

The other option would be to log into your HP Partner Unison account.  You can click on "Learning" and then "My Certifications" and should be able to print your certificate of completion from there.
