Re: W2K ad HD Server 4000 Incompatinbility
Please review this thread for a detailed
explanation of the problem you are having
with the H-P SureStore HD Server 4000 and
Windows 2000:
http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=132920
If by some miracle you find a solution for
getting Win2000 to interoperate with any of
the H-P SureStore HD Server 4000 models
(J3290A J3291A J3292A J3293A), please let
me know!

Re: W2K ad HD Server 4000 Incompatinbility
Hello gentlemen,
I have mapped the HD4000 drives and access them over Windows Commander 5.11 on a W2K client.
I have tested this now for 2 months and not had any problems yet. That's my currect workaround. If I find anything else I'll let you know.
Kind regards,
SCOOTER
