Where can I obtain a driver for two copper-based, single-port, 1G lan cards?

Well that depends very much on the model of the card... many of the GbE drivers are already part of the core OS on 11iv2 and 11iv3 at least, others are availabel at:

http://software.hp.com

But without knowing the card you have its difficult to point you at any specific driver.

I should have mentioned my server is hpux 11.11(v1). I will check the link.
