mtu size on hp ux 11.31

hi all,
i'm having a trouble with mtu size on hp 11.31 servers:
if i check it on sam i got mtu size 1300 but if i did netstat -i mtu size is 1500 ..
what's happen ?

you probably mean the SMH?
SAM is no longer in 11.31

that's a bit weird. It should report the same. Are you sure that you are comparing the same network interfaces? i.e lan0, lan1, ...

SAM is available in 11.31. Interface is changed.

Are you able to post the netstat -i output ?

When you look at /usr/sbin/sam :

so 'sam' is actually running smh.
