cd romdrive

i don't know where to turn i have a new HP Pavillion M50 computer HP PAVILION
6535 it will not read cdrom's encarta or anything else. i believe the cdrom is
not installed it has a port but nothing is read what do i do?????

Sharon,

It sounds like you may have a hardware problem. If this is a new system, you
may want to call the HP Pavillion Support line at 208-323-4663.
