any way to set the IE to prompt for open/download for the plain text file?

Hi Warren,

I can't think of the exact thing that you're look for, but to achieve the same result:

Point your cursor at the hyperlink for the text file and right-click. Then select "Save target as...".

my question is to configure the IE the prompt for open/download when I press the left button.
