Cluster member crash while doing backup

Problem was fixed by restoring backup of system disk before Oracle installation.

Just restoring the system disk is not at a fix.
It may have restored you to an operational status, and of course that is good, but it does not resolve the reason why those crashes occurred.
Can you do two things.
1. assign some points to whatever value you see fit, and...
2. report back when HP support do so to you with the results of the escalation.

Sorry, cancel that 'assign some points'... I failed to notice the fact that you had already assigned some. I could have sworn that it was not showing any points when I looked at the thread only half an hour ago... Maybe I am going blind :-)
