DecNet errors

My DecNet will not start. I do not understand the "Invalid parameter value , Physical address" error.

NCP>list kno lines

MNA-0 on

$> mc ncp
NCP>set known lines all
%NCP-W-INVPVA, Invalid parameter value , Physical address

Do you happen to have TCPIP running on MNA-0, before you try to start DECnet-IV ?
