Discovering who listen on a specific port

Dear community, I'm driving crazy to discover who are put in listening a specific port:

tcp        0      0  *.6000                    *.*                       LISTEN

This port is needed by other application that cannot start because is already in listening.

Is there a way to find who put in listening the port 6000??

Re: Discovering who listen on a specific port

Thanks for reply, got it. And you're right, it's X Windows server port.

Maybe it was activated because I I update OpenVMS to v8.4

Now I remove the DECW$STARTUP.COM rows from startup and the port 6000 is not more in listening.

Thanks again.
