advfs cannot open the original file
Hi
Can anyone please tell me what is the meaning of these alarms coming
Dec 27 05:20:10 luf101 vmunix: WARNING: clone fileset is out of sync with the original fileset
Dec 27 05:35:10 luf101 vmunix: WARNING: advfs cannot open the original file; ENO_SUCH_TAG (-1032)
Dec 27 05:35:10 luf101 vmunix: WARNING: clone fileset is out of sync with the original fileset
Dec 27 05:50:10 luf101 vmunix: WARNING: advfs cannot open the original file; ENO_SUCH_TAG
(-1032)
These are coming continuously after a fileset closne was created and then deleted.

You used the 'clonefset' commands to create the colen and 'rmfset' to remove it?
Or did you use the api? (advfs_clonefset(3))
Any errors while doing so?
Activity or space issue?
I would start looking with
advfsstat and the various show commands
Then progres to 'fixfdmn'
or perhpas 'salvage'.

What is the OS/Patch version?
Can you post the output of 'showfsets' ?

sorry could not work on the problem as it was solved after reboot.
