HP cd Writer Plus 9310i

I just bought an HP cd Writer Plus 9310i. The first kit the hardware and software didn't work. The second kit the software has problems. I get a corrupted cdr4dll.dll and corrupted createacd.exe can anyone send me these new files or help me?

Dear Robin,

The only people that can really help you are HP support technicians. You have a 1 year standard exchange warranty on this drive. Don't get discouraged just because the exchange did not work out for you the first time. Try again. These things happen sometimes.
