issue turning off connection-filter on ports

Hi,

I am in the process of turning a couple of my 5412zl access ports into trunk ports. I currently have filter connection-rate enable on the ports I would like to turn into trunks. when I try to take the connection-rate off on those ports I'm getting an error.

Switch(config)# no filter connection-rate k23
Connection-rate filters cannot be configured on dynamic trunks.

Switch(config)# trunk k23,l23 trk2 lacp
Operation failed on Port K23: General error.

i get ths error on any port G through L if I do it on any port A through F it works fine.. the switch is running firmware K.15.04.0019m. any feedback would be great.
