How to run a anti-virus executable from the appliance

Hello,

On the old altiris server if I wanted to have this done I just choose Install package and select my .exe. How is this done on the new Insight control server? Do I have to create a vbs or .bat file and point to the media server.

I find the old version was easier for scripts because I can have the application point to my script and it runs it.
