1783 - Slot 0 Array controller is in a lock up State

Looks like an old system ...
Consider to remove the cable to the disks and check if the error remains.
Disconnect the cache module, if possible and present.
If the issue remains, the controller is likely defective. Depending on the hardware it is integrated into the system board or a single module.

Probably its the BBWC. Replace it by a new 413486-001 (128MB cache module) for the DL380G4
