Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0x80451740, 0x00000000, 0x40FFFFF4))

We receive this Blue Screen Stop code on a DL580 running in a two machine Windows cluster. Both machines running Windows 2000 Advanced Server.
Machine automatically reboots when this error occurs.

We have also seen a variation of the error message Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0x80451740, 0x00000000, 0x00400024))

From hardware side see if all Firmware up to date, BIOS, etc ..
