CL380 packaged cluster points Win2kAS install at D: instead of C:

My CL380 needs rebuilding and my client no longer has an OS image CD for the CL380. Windows 2000 A.S. install sees the onboard mirrored system partition as D: rather than C: after setup copies files to the newly formatted partition even though I have the external array c/w 2 X CR3500 controllers powerd down. I have set the scsi ID of the onboard from #7 to #6 for node 1 as the pdf I found on the HP web site instructed. Any ideas?

Check the controller order selection on the server configuration, this determines which controller is booted.
