CONTROL CENTER ACCES

I may be the unique neoserver 150 owner in France !
While trying installing a new machine using windows XP, the neosever failed (impossible to create any new login user).
After restarting the neoserver, we can't connect anymore. (IP adress not found). Compaq support says we must change the machine !
Anyone can help me ?
