Compaq Process

I have a process cpgwmgmt.exe constantly that is taking up 100% of my processor power and eating memory by the second. What is causing this to happen and how can I cure it!!

What version of NT? What service pack is loaded? What Compaq NT SSD (3.51 or 4.0 - version number)? What version of Compaq Insight Manager?
