DL 180 G6 and compatibility HD
my server DL180 G6 (470065-124) is compatible with the following HD 458926-B21?
The answer is no because the quik disk space does not speak "http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/13248_na/13248_na.html#Overview"
he two disks are mirrored 250 GB, how do I replace the discs are compatible with those without data loss?
the controller is P410 512 cache
thanks

Re: DL 180 G6 and compatibility HD
Hi,
Taking a backup is first best thing to do when playing around with Raid or Data or hard drives.
To replace with compatible hard drives, what I would do is replace one hard drive at a time.
I hope you have a Raid 1 configuration.
To be on safer side, take a valid backup of your data.
Thanks
I work for HPE.

Re: DL 180 G6 and compatibility HD
458926-B21 250GB SATA HDD is obsolete, so it was removed from quick spec, but is compatible with DL180 G6.
You can replace 250GB HDD with the current 458928-B21 HP 500GB 3G SATA 7.2K 3.5in MDL HDD
