DL-380 G7 Will not turn on
DL-380 G7 Will not turn on, has power and switch is amber. No red lights on front panel. Unit has 2 PS.

Hi,
The issue could be with any internal component like Memory or any PCI Cards or even loose cables.

Seems like server is going to standby mode, check the led status on the psu, swap the psu around from a working server and open the chassis to check for any leds on the board as well
