DL360 G2

How do I install NT4 Terminal Server edition onto a DL360 G2 (BIOS P26 02/07/03)? It used to be boot from 3 x NT diskettes and press F6 to manually install the Smart 5i driver from the SSD. Now I just get an error, "File \cpqcissm.sys caused an error(1024) at line 1155 in h:\nt\private\ntos\boot\setup\oemdisk.c." Press any key to contine.
Any ideas ??
